InnoTech is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Selenium) to join our Porto team. You will own the test automation strategy, design and maintain robust frameworks, and work closely with Development and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires strong C#/.NET testing experience, REST API testing, and hands-on use of Playwright/Selenium. English proficiency is mandatory; EU work permit is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the test automation strategy, integrating quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Designing, maintaining, and expanding automated test frameworks and suites covering functional, integration, end-to-end, API, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrating automated tests and quality gates into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; managing tests, results, and defects with Dev teams.
• Continuously improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.

Your Mission Will Be

• Defining and evolving the test automation strategy, integrating quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Designing, maintaining, and expanding automated test frameworks and suites covering functional, integration, end-to-end, API, regression, and performance testing;
• Integrating automated tests and quality gates into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines;
• Managing test plans, results, and defects while working closely with Development and DevOps teams to investigate and resolve issues;
• Continuously improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.

You Will Need

• Strong professional experience in software testing and test automation, with solid hands‑on experience using C#/.NET for automated testing;
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow/Reqnroll, NUnit, xUnit, or equivalent testing frameworks and tools;
• Strong experience in REST API testing and automation using RestSharp, Postman/Newman, or equivalent solutions, as well as testing microservices-based architectures;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory;
• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans, Boards, Pipelines, automated test integration, CI/CD, regression testing, and automated quality gates;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Hands‑on experience with performance and load testing using JMeter, k6, NBomber, or equivalent tools;
• Experience testing Microsoft Azure environments and cloud-native architectures;
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized microservices, as well as observability and monitoring practices;
• Experience with security and API vulnerability testing, together with the ability to analyze defects and collaborate effectively with Development and DevOps teams;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, with Azure and/or testing-related certifications being a plus.
