DBServices, a Portugal-Brazil focused tech group, seeks a QA Automation Engineer with solid experience in test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and modern QA practices. Location: Portugal. Work Model: Hybrid – on-site frequency and location to be defined.

You will develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API and integration, build scalable frameworks, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating across Dev, QA and DevOps teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in test automation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework).
• Experience with API testing (REST Assured, Postman/Newman, SuperTest, or Karate).
• Experience with programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Experience with Git and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to structure automated tests for reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling valued.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Portugal.

• Experience with API testing using tools or frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman/Newman, SuperTest, or Karate.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with Git and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to structure automated tests with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling is valued.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments is a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Portugal, with on-site frequency and location to be defined.
