Affinity is seeking a skilled automation engineer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions. You will develop Python-based scripts, integrate systems, and leverage AI Copilot Studio to create conversational automation within Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions while ensuring performance and thorough documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• Design and deliver end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using Python & Ansible to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and integrate Python-based scripts and services to enable advanced automation logic, data processing, and seamless system integrations.
• Leverage AI Microsoft Copilot Studio, creating conversational flows and task automation within Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Basic Python scripting for network tasks (configuration parsing, API calls)
• Understanding of YAML syntax for configuration files
• Knowledge of Linux and Unix.
