Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of real estate, consulting, corporate finance or related experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French a plus.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for financial models and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial models, valuation exercises, and business plans for real estate investments.
• Conduct market research and interpret sector data across asset classes.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and materials for investors, clients, and banks.
• Participate in commercial engagements with investors and financial institutions.
• Support transaction processes end-to-end (buy-side and sell-side).
