Boslan, part of Accenture, is seeking an Administrative Technician to perform administrative tasks related to project management and handle permits and licenses for Medium and High Voltage electrical installations. The role requires at least 3 years in administrative and legal management, under supervision of the Technical Manager and Project Director.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations in Portugal and administrative processes with public authorities.
• Experience in processing permits, licenses, and authorizations for electrical installations (admin/legal).
• Proficiency with IT tools for project management.
• Advanced use of office software.
• Portuguese (native); English and Spanish valued).

Responsabilités

• Process permits, licenses, and authorizations for electrical installations and/or projects.
• Manage procedures on the client’s platform for project/activity management.
• Document management and administration tasks.
• Direct contact with property owners/representatives to obtain authorizations.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned.
