Job summary

Boslan, part of Accenture, seeks an Electrical Engineer or equivalent to act as the technical reference on HV/MV power line projects. You will lead 10–20 person teams, plan activities, and ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met across overhead and underground networks.

The role requires 6+ years in site management and electrical project management, with strong proficiency in network design, calculations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in design and site management.
• Experience with HV/MV networks (≥60 kV), both overhead and underground.
• Proficiency in electrical calculation software (e.g., DMElect) and PLS-CADD.
• Authorization to sign High and Medium Voltage projects.
• Training in occupational risk prevention and qualifying master’s degree for Health and Safety projects.
• Strong planning skills and deadline management; coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of civil works is a plus.
• Languages: Portuguese (native), high level of English and Spanish.

Electrical Engineer or similar who will act as the technical reference in projects involving overhead and underground Medium and High Voltage power lines, ensuring proper conception, design, planning, and execution in compliance with regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. Responsible for leading and coordinating work teams (10-20 people) on High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) network projects, guaranteeing deadlines, financial objectives, and quality standards. Will lead the team thanks to more than 6 years' experience in site management and electrical network projects for Medium and High Voltage, both overhead and underground, as well as in substations and switching centers. Will be responsible for organizing and supervising site management activities, preparing and reviewing electrical projects, and coordinating tasks related to power line design, including topographical, environmental, cadastral studies, and other complementary analyses. The candidate will report to the contract manager and collaborate in organizing teams and activities.

• Power line calculation skills.
• Proficiency in electrical network calculation software (DMElect or equivalent) and PLS-CADD.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures for electrical networks.
• Experience with project management / ERP tools (SAP desirable).
• Authorization to sign High and Medium Voltage projects.
• Training in occupational risk prevention and qualifying master’s degree for Health and Safety projects.
• Strong planning skills, deadline management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and effective client communication.
• Knowledge of civil works will be valued.
• Languages: Portuguese (native), high level of English and Spanish.
