Tiger Recruitment is seeking an organised, proactive Project Officer to join the Finance Transformation team in Lisbon on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate project activities, maintain plans and RAID logs, organise meetings and support governance across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination, experience in finance or technology transformation, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience within a Project Coordinator or Project Officer role.
• Experience supporting business, finance or technology transformation projects.
• Prince2 qualification or similar project management certification is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across a range of finance transformation projects.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs and status updates.
• Organise project meetings, workshops and track actions through to completion.
• Support project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities between business teams, technology teams, consultants and external partners.
• Assist with project documentation, change activities and implementation support.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the firm.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.
