Adecco Permanent Recruitment procura um Senior Finance Controller para um projeto de interim (6 a 12 meses) na área de Lisboa, em regime híbrido. O profissional irá fortalecer processos financeiros, reforçar controles internos e apoiar o evolution do funcionamento da área financeira durante a transformação.

Requer-se experiência de 8 a 15 anos em finanças séniores, liderança de equipas e capacidade de atuar tanto a nível operacional como estratégico, com reporting, budgeting e melhoria contínua.

Qualificações

• 8 a 15 anos de experiência em funções séniores de finanças.
• Experiência anterior como Finance Controller, Finance Manager ou equivalente.
• Ambiente industrial/manufatureiro ou operacional é desejável.
• Capacidade de liderar iniciativas de transformação/ melhoria de processos.
• Experiência na coordenação e apoio a equipas de finanças.
• Excel avançado e experiência com ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir o dia-a-dia do Departamento de Finanças.
• Supervisionar Tesouraria, Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber.
• Revisar processos financeiros existentes e implementar melhorias.
• Fortalecer controles internos, políticas e procedimentos.
• Desenvolver reporting de gestão e KPIs.
• Dar apoio a orçamentação, previsões e planejamento financeiro.
• Fornecer análises financeiras para tomada de decisão.
• Colaborar com Operações, AQU/ Compras e Produção para melhorar desempenho financeiro.
• Apoiar a implementação do novo modelo operacional financeiro e da estrutura organizacional.
• Assegurar transferência de know-how e estabilização de processos durante o contrato.

A growing organization undergoing a finance transformation and organizational restructuring is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller to support its Finance Leadership Team. This interim assignment will focus on strengthening financial processes, enhancing internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the evolution of the finance function while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.

Mission

To support the Finance Leadership Team in the reorganization of the finance function by overseeing day-to-day financial operations, driving process improvements, strengthening governance and controls, and contributing to the professionalization and scalability of the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Finance Department.
• Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Review existing financial processes and implement operational improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Develop management reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Deliver financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Production, and other business functions to improve financial performance and processes.
• Support the implementation of the new finance operating model and organizational structure.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and process stabilization during the assignment period.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 15 years of experience in senior finance roles.
• Previous experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or similar position.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or other operationally intensive environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation, or finance reorganization initiatives.
• Experience coordinating and supporting finance teams.
• Strong Excel skills and solid ERP system experience.
• Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Well-organized, results-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in changing environments.
