SmartConnect Qatar seeks a proactive Project Manager to join the Almada office in Portugal. You will plan, organize and oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Travel may be required; PMP or related certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of project management experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Almada Portugal As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and overseeing projects from start to finish This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects according to timelines and budgets
• Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Track project expenses and report on budget status
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards
• Implement best practices for project management
• Foster positive relationships with team members clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role 2+ years
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
• PMP certification or other relevant certifications
• Nationality Portuguese preferred or EU citizenship
