Key tasks include planning, monitoring progress, risk mitigation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestones and quality compliance. Portuguese residency preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration or Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project) and methodologies.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of various projects within the company This is a part-time position with the expectation of working 20-25 hours per week The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team members
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks accordingly
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide accurate and timely project status reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field eg Business Administration Project Management
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software eg MS Project
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus

Salary

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 USD per month
