Job summary

Körber Supply Chain in Portugal seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial projects from award to delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and budgets. You will monitor timelines, costs, and risks, while identifying new opportunities to grow business and coordinating all project documentation.

The role requires a proactive, analytical, and results-driven professional with 6–9 years in project management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (or similar).
• 6-9 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of Project Management, QEH&S standards, and industrial processes.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Project) and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• You will manage projects from A to Z - from contract award to delivery - ensuring compliance with internal standards, legislation, and project management best practices.

• You will analyze and control project operational costs, ensuring profitability and compliance with financial targets.

• You will coordinate all project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper handover to customers.
• You will drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and working methods to increase efficiency.
• You will ensure compliance with company standards in quality, environment, and health & safety.
• You will prepare management reports and performance indicators to support decision-making.
