Euronext is seeking a Project Management Officer Analyst - Trainee to support portfolio governance, KPI reporting and cross-functional PMO activities. Based in Porto, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and robust controls.

You will gain hands-on exposure to project management concepts, governance processes and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and Jira, while developing strong communication and organizational skills in a multi-country environment.

Qualificações

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of project management concepts is advantageous.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Portuguese required.

Job Summary

Euronext is currently looking for a Project Management Officer Analyst - Trainee to work closely with PMO Lead and Transformation team reporting to the ITMS Steering Lead PMO, ensuring all initiatives and KPIs are tracked across the different teams. With the mindset of continual improvement and the ability to detect and implement new controls. Will also get a deep understanding with Project Management by leveraging close contact with both IT and business stakeholders and ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of activities and projects. The candidate should expect a close contact with Financial Markets, with a very in-depth knowledge of Trading. Will also act as the point of contact for various project-related topics and new initiatives, by organizing and lead regular meetings to safeguard internal organization and day-to-day project execution. This role is based in Porto, with colleagues based in different locations (France, Italy, Portugal, The Netherlands, Ireland and others), making strong communication skills a key factor.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Portfolio Governance
  • Support the monitoring and tracking of IT initiatives, projects and transformation activities.
  • Maintain governance artifacts, project trackers and status reports.
  • Contribute to project readiness reviews and governance checkpoints.
• KPI and Reporting
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse KPIs across multiple teams.
  • Prepare regular management dashboards and executive reports.
  • Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support reporting using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Organize governance meetings, workshops and steering committees.
  • Capture minutes, decisions and action items.
  • Follow up on actions and commitments with stakeholders.
• Process Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and governance processes.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of PMO best practices.
• PMO Support
  • Assist the PMO Lead with portfolio management activities.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses, presentations and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving IT and business teams.
