Euronext in Porto is seeking a Project Management Officer Analyst - Trainee to join the PMO and Transformation teams, working under the ITMS Steering Lead to track initiatives and KPIs.

The role emphasizes data-driven governance, regular meetings, and exposure to trading-focused projects across IT and business stakeholders in a multinational setting. You will develop skills in Excel, Power BI, and reporting while contributing to continuous improvement and project readiness.

Qualificações

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira or Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support project portfolio governance, tracking IT initiatives and projects.
• Maintain governance artifacts and status reports.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reports.
• Coordinate governance meetings and capture decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Assist PMO Lead with portfolio management and ad-hoc analyses.
