Match Profiler is seeking a Project Management Office professional to join our hybrid team in Lisbon. The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, risk management, and adherence to objectives, budgets and deadlines.

You’ll lead progress tracking, prepare periodic reports, and support project design while collaborating with cross-functional teams. English fluency and strong MS Office skills are essential for success in this position.

• 7+ years of experience delivering similar service.
• Support in designing project development according to objectives.
• Identify resources, risks, deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor and report progress of actions.
• Produce periodic progress reports.
• Stakeholder management throughout projects.
• Manage tools and resources for the project.
• Risk analysis and proactive resolution of risks.
• Ensure goals are achieved and flag deviations.
• Solid project management knowledge and practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Project Management Office (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience in providing similar service
• Support in the design of the development of the project according to the defined objectives,
• The necessary resources, the potential risks, the fixed deadlines and the assigned budget.
• Monitoring and follow-up of the actions that are executed
• Periodic reports on the progress of the project
• Stakeholder Management
• Management of the necessary tools and resources for the project
• Risk analysis: identification and proactive resolution of risks
• Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations when detecting eventual deviations
• Project Management knowledge
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum
• High level of MS Office proficiency (with focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
• Business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing)
