Arcadis is seeking a Project Coordinator – Data Centers to support the Iberia Head of Project Management. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources and ensure project delivery within compliance and quality standards.

Required a bachelor’s degree and professional credentials with strong English, coordination and stakeholder management skills. The role involves travel and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineer or similar.
• Professional qualification or chartered status.
• Professional level of English.
• Fluency in another language like French, Italian, German or Dutch will be a plus.

• Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the agreed project scope, team workload, and contractor activities to ensure efficient delivery against the program.
• Plan, monitor, and control budgets, schedules, and resources using established financial and project management systems.
• Deliver small to medium-sized data center projects or program on time, within budget, and to the required scope.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues to senior management to minimize impact on delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, external regulations, and required project standards.
• Support and guide colleagues on expected behaviors and compliance processes to maintain effective and consistent project delivery.
• Analyze project data, trends, and performance information to provide recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• Review project processes, policies, and systems against industry best practice and recommend improvements to senior management.
• Collaborate proactively across teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project progress, expectations, and delivery needs.
• Set the implementation focus and delivery plan for data center projects, including performance management of project teams and appropriate control mechanisms.

Role description:

The Project Coordinator – Data Centers (f/m/d) reports to the Head of Project Management – Iberia and supports the operational management of core projects or programs to deliver defined objectives. The role is responsible for ensuring assigned scope is delivered in line with budget, planning, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong technical knowledge combined with broad business experience to support effective project delivery and coordination.

Role accountabilities:

• Manage the agreed project scope, team workload, and contractor activities to ensure efficient delivery against the program.
