• Coordinate the design and development of vertical projects with project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead the full design process from preliminary design through permitting and construction.
• Review design docs to meet approved design direction, guidelines, requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee design through construction completion and handover ensuring coordination across teams.
• Liaise with external consultants, stakeholders and authorities with the VP of Design and Senior Architects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and contractors to meet design milestones.
• Provide timely progress reporting on developments, risks, issues and actions.
• Give clear direction to team members to ensure design objectives are met.
• Ensure all design docs and records are organized and stored in the project cloud system.
• Maintain relationships with VP of Construction, VP of Development and Permitting Director.
• Represent the project and design team in internal meetings with management.
• Promote accountability and ownership within the team.

Please click here to apply internally.*** **Coordinate the design of all vertical projects**, including, but not limited to: + Club Amenities (e.g., Costa Village, Wellness Centre, etc.) + Maintenance Facilities + Security Buildings + Developer-Built Product* Coordinate the design and development of all vertical projects in close collaboration with the relevant Project team members and stakeholders.* **Coordinate the full design and development process**, from preliminary design through permitting documentation and construction completion.* Review design documentation and deliverables to ensure alignment with the approved design direction, Design Guidelines, project requirements, and established quality standards.* Oversee the design process through to construction completion and handover, ensuring continuity, effective coordination, and a seamless transition between design, construction, and project delivery.* In partnership and coordination with the VP of Design and Senior Architects, communicate, liaise, and negotiate with relevant external consultants, stakeholders, and authorities, as required.* Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the timely achievement of design objectives and milestones.* Provide accurate, timely, and structured progress reporting to the VP of Design and Senior Architects, highlighting key developments, risks, issues, and required actions.* Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, consultants, and other external parties to ensure the effective delivery of design objectives.* Ensure that design information, documentation, and decisions are consistently coordinated, recorded, and communicated across all relevant teams and stakeholders.* Monitor design progress against agreed project schedules and milestones, proactively identifying potential delays, coordination issues, and risks, and working with the relevant Project team members to implement corrective actions.* Ensure that all project-related design documentation, records, information, and correspondence are properly organized, maintained, and stored within the designated project cloud-based system, in accordance with established document management and filing standards.* Maintain effective working relationships with other department heads, including, but not limited to, the VP of Construction, VP of Development, and Permitting Director.
