PrimeIT in Lisbon/Porto is seeking a mid-level Program Manager to lead IT programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused outcomes. You will engage with stakeholders across IT and business units, ensuring projects align with production workflows and strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Mid-level program management with 3–6 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the business IT needs and understand the business production workflows and scenarios.
• Provide updates to business, team members and other project teams on issues and tasks.
• Understand the underlying issue, patches and releases and contribute to post-release improvements.
• Automate routine tasks by writing scripts to streamline procedures.

We are looking for a Program Manager!

Location: Lisbon | Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Support the business in their IT needs and understand the business production workflows and scenarios;
• Provide business, team members and other project/task partnering teams updates on the issue/task/project;
• Understand the underlying issue and the associated patch fix/release and identify systemic issue. Contribute towards better post-release checkouts;
• Improving day to day tasks by writing scripts and automate tasks that are procedure oriented.
