Claranet Portugal is seeking a Program Manager to integrate our talent team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will drive scope, schedule, cost and quality across complex programs, develop robust project plans, and ensure alignment of financial execution with delivery.

The role requires proven PM experience, a related engineering degree, and strong communication and analytical skills to manage diverse stakeholders and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale and complex projects.
• Proven degree in engineering (Computer/Electrical) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving to resolve roadblocks.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare project reporting, management information and support decision-making.

You must have:

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale and complex projects in terms of scope, timelines and/or budget.
• Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
• Critical analysis skills with a focus on resolving roadblocks.
