Kyndryl seeks an experienced Transformation Program Leader to define and drive the global transformation roadmap, aligning with the client’s strategy and delivering measurable business value across technology, operations, and people.

You will lead multi‑workstream programs, engage C‑level sponsors, translate vision into operational delivery, establish governance structures, monitor KPIs and ROI, and guide teams and vendors across international contexts.

The Role

• Transformation Program Leadership
• Define and lead the global transformation roadmap, aligned with the client’s strategy
• Translate business objectives into concrete initiatives, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure consistency and integration across multiple workstreams (technology, operations, people, processes)
• Stakeholder Management (Client-facing)
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Manage expectations and ensure clear, continuous communication
• Facilitate strategic decision‑making and remove critical roadblocks

• Establish governance structures (steering committees, cadences, reporting)
• Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress

Who You Are

• Experience and Seniority
• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including at least:
  • 5–8 years in managing complex, large‑scale transformation programs
• Proven experience in:
  • Multi-workstream programs (technology, operations, people)
  • International or multi‑entity environments
• Preferred background in strategy consulting or business transformation
• Transformation Leadership
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end transformation programs
• Ability to:
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps
  • Translate business vision into operational delivery
• Experience in contexts such as:
  • Digital transformation
  • Cost optimization / efficiency programs
  • Organizational change
• Stakeholder Management (Executive Level)
• Strong experience engaging with:
  • C-level / Board / Executive sponsors
• Proven ability to:
