Transformation Program Leadership*** Define and lead the global transformation roadmap, aligned with the client’s strategy* Translate business objectives into concrete initiatives, milestones, and deliverables* Ensure consistency and integration across multiple workstreams (technology, operations, people, processes)**2. Experience and Seniority*** 10–15+ years of professional experience, including at least: + 5–8 years in managing complex, large-scale transformation programs* Proven experience in: + Multi-workstream programs (technology, operations, people) + International or multi-entity environments* Preferred background in strategy consulting or business transformation**2. Transformation Leadership*** Proven track record leading end-to-end transformation programs* Ability to: + Define and execute strategic roadmaps + Translate business vision into operational delivery* Experience in contexts such as: + Digital transformation + Cost optimization / efficiency programs + Organizational change**3.
