Code for All Group is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Lisbon. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of training programs for corporate, institutional, and public-sector clients, coordinating with clients, instructors, Sales, and internal teams.

You will also help build and manage our teaching workforce, ensuring capacity and quality to support growth. The role is hands-on, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Operations, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate training programs from post-sale handover through to completion.
  • Translate client requirements into delivery plans with timelines and stakeholders.
  • Manage elements for delivery: instructors, participants, platforms, materials, logistics, and reporting.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, instructors, Sales, and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive solutions for on-time delivery.
  • Source, onboard, and manage instructors; build a pipeline of teaching talent.
  • Improve processes and documentation to scale delivery operations.

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Delivery team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of training programs for corporate, institutional, and public-sector clients. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You will coordinate training programs from post‑sale handover through to completion, working closely with clients, instructors, Sales, and internal teams to ensure everything required for successful delivery is in place. Beyond managing individual programs, you will also play an active role in building and managing our teaching workforce — helping ensure we have the right instructors, capacity, and quality to support the growth of our training operations.

Your Responsibilities
1. Manage Training Program Delivery
  • Coordinate training programs from post‑sale handover through to successful completion.
  • Translate client requirements and commercial commitments into clear delivery plans, managing timelines, stakeholders, and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Coordinate the key elements required for delivery, including instructors, participants, platforms, materials, logistics, and reporting.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between clients, instructors, Sales, and internal teams.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions to ensure successful delivery.
2. Build and Manage Our Teaching Workforce
  • Source, select, onboard, and manage instructors across different subject areas and program types.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of teaching talent to support current and future delivery needs.
  • Ensure instructors are properly prepared and supported to deliver high‑quality training.
  • Monitor teaching quality and feedback, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Help improve how we attract, evaluate, manage, develop, and retain our teaching workforce.
3. Improve and Scale Delivery Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve how training programs and teaching operations are delivered.
  • Help develop better processes, documentation, and ways of working as the business grows.
  • Use feedback and operational insights to identify recurring issues and drive practical improvements.
  • Take ownership of projects that help make our Delivery operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable.
About You
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Operations, Client Success, Consulting, or another execution‑focused role.
  • You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are confident communicating directly with clients and other external stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
  • You enjoy working with people and are interested in building and managing a strong network of instructors and external collaborators.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift and processes are continuously evolving.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • You are based in Lisbon or able to work from our Alvalade office at least 2 days per week.
