Delnext is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in a food/supplement manufacturing environment. You will coordinate production teams, organize schedules, track performance, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar disciplines (preferred).
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic production setting.
• Strong accountability, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily production activities to ensure goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved in a food/supplement manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate production teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Track performance, identify process bottlenecks, and apply immediate improvement actions.
• Organize production schedules and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure production materials are consistently supplied.
• Communicate production results and issues to the Production Manager.
• Assist with onboarding and training of newly hired production staff.
