The Product Owner at Revolut Porto will take ownership of the product roadmap, drive delivery from concept through launch, and align with company strategy. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver features customers love and manage risk with senior stakeholders.

You have at least 2 years in tech product roles, strong communication, and a bias for action to turn ideas into measurable outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related areas.
• 2+ years experience working on technical products (platforms, data science, ML, etc.).
• 1 year of experience managing people (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage teams).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High analytical and technical acumen with ROI-based prioritisation.
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership.
• Bias towards action and hands-on delivery on major projects.
• Experience developing and launching products from scratch.
• Ability to deliver insight and measurable results in fast-paced settings.

About The Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — working across design, engineering, and data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over their product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut’s mission
• Driving maximum impact for your product based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
• Completely owning your team's products and features, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Having technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches, requirements, etc.
• Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience working with a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working on technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, etc.)
• 1 year of experience managing people (Product Owners at Revolut directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design team members)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• High analytical and technical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
• A bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on
• Experience developing and launching products from scratch
• The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
