BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Portugal seeks a Product Owner for Payments/Deposits to shape the backlog, define the product vision and drive agile delivery across SEPA, SWIFT, direct debits, instant payments, and card/deposit flows.
The role collaborates with Capgemini and Temenos within the WITT transformation, reporting to the Operations tribe, and requires a strong business/finance background, English fluency, and 5+ years in banking operations.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting.
- Minimum 5 years in banking/financial operations, payments or deposits.
- Experience in project management or consulting.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong personal impact and ability to influence.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the Product backlog of the Squad.
- Provide the Product Vision and anticipate user and market needs.
- Design Product Stories/Features and ensure team understanding.
- Prioritize backlog with value-based methods for next Sprints.
- Test implementations for release and ensure customer acceptance.
- Analyze outcomes post-release to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in team ceremonies and share Agile values.
- Coordinate stakeholders across BNP Paribas WM and Capgemini.
- Align with other tribes and towers for cohesive design.
