act digital is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Product Manager to shape and guide the product strategy in collaboration with business and technical teams. You will manage the product backlog, write User Stories, and ensure alignment with clients and partners.

The role requires fluent French and professional English, experience in payments/fintech, and strong analytical skills to prioritize needs and drive value across digital products in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Experience managing product backlogs and Agile teams.
• Experience writing User Stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize requirements and make decisions.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital products, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Act as the main functional contact for clients and relevant partners.
• Gather, analyze, clarify, and prioritize business and user needs.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, User Stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and lead backlog refinement sessions.
• Provide functional clarification to development teams during the delivery process.
• Evaluate new requests and decide whether they should be developed, postponed, rejected, or redirected.
• Coordinate functional testing and validate delivered features.
• Support the analysis and prioritization of incidents and operational requests.
• Contribute to impact assessments, estimations, reporting, compliance activities, and audits.
• Maintain functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
