You will partner with technical, business, operations, and compliance teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on payments/transfers domain knowledge, APIs, and end-to-end product lifecycle management, with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Product Owner in a tech environment.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and API-based solutions.
• Experience defining, analysing, and monitoring product KPIs and metrics.
• Strong delivery-oriented mindset with focus on business value and outcomes.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Experience in payments/transfers domain is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to align with objectives and regulatory deadlines.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with APIs, integrations, mainframe systems, and digital channels to ensure value delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to production deployment.
• Identify dependencies, resolve issues, and remove delivery blockers.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
• Promote validation, testing, and feedback to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders as needed.
• Drive continuous process and product improvements.
• Deliver initiatives on time with focus on value and outcomes.
