Amaris Consulting, part of the Mantu group, seeks a Product Owner to drive the Jupiter Digital Ecosystem for a new generation of coffee machines. You will orchestrate machine software, mobile apps, backend services and connectivity, reporting to the Product Lead and collaborating across engineering, UX, architects, QA and analytics.

You will own the backlog, translate roadmaps into actionable user stories, coordinate releases, and ensure delivery milestones.

Qualificações

• Experience as Product Owner/PM or Digital Product Specialist (min 7 years).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing complex digital ecosystems, integrations, and IoT environments.
• Expertise in APIs, mobile apps, product management, CX management, release management, and cross-functional communication.
• Working knowledge of connected devices (IoT), APIs, backend services, cloud environments and connectivity technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate roadmap objectives into user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and actionable for development teams.
• Coordinate and support delivery across machines, mobile applications, and backend systems.
• Manage execution details and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, tracking dependencies and risks across teams.
• Work in a squad format with engineering, UX, solution architects, QA, and analytics to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and operational handover readiness.
• Champion usability and customer-centric thinking, ensuring consistency across consumer experiences.
• Monitor data and analytics to support prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Provide delivery status updates, escalations as needed.

Job Description:

You will join our team as a Product Owner, contributing to the development of a new generation of coffee machines within a complex digital ecosystem. In this role, you will drive the roadmap of the Jupiter Digital Ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across machine software, mobile applications, backend services, and connectivity solutions. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and assessment.

Your profile:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Product Specialist (minimum 7 years)
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing complex digital ecosystems, integrations, and IoT environments
• Expertise in APIs, mobile applications, product management, customer experience management, release management, and cross-functional communication
• Working knowledge of connected devices (IoT), APIs, backend services, cloud environments, and connectivity technologies
• Experience supporting international product launches and working with multiple vendors/technology partners is a plus
• English fluent. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong ownership and a sense of responsibility for overall delivery
• You are able to influence without formal authority and navigate prioritization trade-offs
• You are collaborative, resilient, and proactive, with a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
