Noesis is seeking a results-driven Product Owner to lead requirements gathering with business and IT stakeholders in a dynamic enterprise setting in Lisbon, Portugal. You will craft user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and guide Agile ceremonies to deliver value.

You will oversee UAT, ensure quality deliverables, maintain comprehensive documentation, and measure impact with KPIs like ROI and customer satisfaction. Collaboration across teams is essential to success.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Product Owner roles.
• Solid experience in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and Power BI environments.
• Functional knowledge of data modeling (tables, relationships), with Databricks experience being a strong plus.
• Advanced Product Owner Certification (PSPO II or A-CSPO is mandatory).
• Strong autonomy, organization, and stakeholder management skills in complex enterprise ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and technical synthesis skills, bridging business needs and IT teams.
