Noesis is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders, defining functional and non-functional specifications. You will map current AS-IS processes and design optimized TO-BE workflows to identify automation opportunities, and accompany the development lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or similar, 3+ years of experience in analysis, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum with Jira and Confluence.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Competency in SQL and data analysis practices will be highly valued.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven capability to decompose complex problems.
• Detail-oriented profile with a strong ability to identify technical dependencies and impact across business processes.
