Job summary

Randstad Portugal is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the technical product strategy and long-term vision in collaboration with engineering teams. You will mentor junior Product Owners and identify innovative opportunities within a disruptive mindset.

The role requires deep knowledge of Payments/Fintech, strong leadership, and advanced English skills to operate within a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of experience in technical product management or product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Payments/Fintech sector (preferred).
• Disruptive mindset with strong leadership, influence, and decision-making.
• Fully proficient with Agile ecosystems and frameworks.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
