Aubay Portugal is seeking a Product Owner to collaborate with business teams and product managers to translate requirements into epics and user stories. You will manage the backlog, set sprint objectives, and act as the development team's SME during agile ceremonies.

Qualificações

What will you do?

• Collaborate with business teams and product managers to define, refine, and translate product requirements into precise epics and user stories;
• Effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog, setting clear objectives for each sprint and reviewing deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations;
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the development team, providing guidance and answering questions during agile ceremonies;
• Own product release plans and coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, to ensure successful deployment of new functionalities;
• Proactively engage with all stakeholders, including senior management and technical experts, to ensure project understanding, resolve issues, and report on progress.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• In-depth knowledge of agile Scrum methodology and proven experience in managing product backlogs and defining user stories;
