Capgemini Engineering in Portugal seeks a Product Owner to lead Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives. You will own the backlog, drive the Software Development Lifecycle, and partner with Solution Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define the product vision and delivery roadmap.

• Drive end-to-end SDLC from requirements to deployment and improvement.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineering teams and stakeholders to define vision and roadmap.

• Coordinate Agile delivery and align cross-functional teams.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency in Autonomous Network capabilities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure delivery of high-quality software.

YOUR ROLE

• Own and manage the product backlog for Autonomous Networks and Network Automation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and delivery roadmap.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements for automation and orchestration solutions.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Support the evolution of Autonomous Network capabilities by promoting automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor product progress, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.
• Good understanding of automation concepts, software platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting automation-driven products or programs; knowledge of Autonomous Networks is a plus.
• Telecom Industry Experience Is Not Required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
