Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Product Owner to join our multi-disciplinary teams in a challenging and innovative environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into epics and user stories, and manage the backlog to deliver maximum business value.

You will act as the product SME, supporting agile ceremonies, coordinating releases and testing, and communicating progress and risks across multiple teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of our multidisciplinary teams in a challenging and innovative environment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear epics and user stories;
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development teams focus on delivering maximum business value;
• Act as the product subject matter expert, supporting agile ceremonies and providing guidance throughout the development lifecycle;
• Coordinate product releases, testing activities, user acceptance validation, and the prioritisation of bug fixes;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress across multiple teams.

What you are like

• Proficient in Product Ownership within Agile and Scrum environments;
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and product delivery practices;
• Skilled in gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements in a clear and structured manner;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams;
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, demonstrating autonomy, organisation, and a strong focus on results;
• Familiarity with product prototyping, testing coordination, and release management practices;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
• Knowledge of software development, architecture, systems, or other technical domains is considered a plus.
