Remote Crew in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Value Stream Owner to join a growing team. This role combines strategic product ownership with operational leadership, shaping solutions for cloud-based, healthcare-tech contexts.

You will translate strategy into a prioritized backlog, work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Support to define requirements, prioritize initiatives and ensure continuous delivery of valuable, scalable product capabilities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent product role.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software, particularly web and/or mobile products.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Drive continuous product delivery by translating strategy into a prioritized backlog and ensuring delivery of high-value initiatives.
• Define, refine and prioritize product requirements with internal stakeholders.

• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support and Operations to define product vision, roadmap and KPIs.
• Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Monitor product performance and data quality, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Manage feedback loops from internal teams and customers, prioritizing workflow improvements.
• Remove impediments and foster collaboration across distributed teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product and engineering processes.

At Remote Crew, we’re partnering with an international healthcare technology company looking for an experienced Value Stream Owner to join their growing Portugal team.

They’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent product role, ideally with experience in SaaS or enterprise software and a strong understanding of web and/or mobile products.

This role combines strategic product ownership with operational leadership. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives and ensure the continuous delivery of valuable, scalable and reliable product capabilities.

You’ll be working with clinical workflows and cloud-based products, helping shape solutions that support the company’s growing digital ecosystem. Healthcare or regulated-environment experience is a plus, but not required.

Location: Porto, Portugal

Salary: €55k-65k / year

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent product role
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software, particularly web and/or mobile products
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, clinical workflows and B2B/B2C or B2B2C environments
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
• Strong ownership and ability to manage priorities across different stakeholders
