Job summary

Amadeus seeks a Product Marketing Principal Specialist for Seamless Travel (maternity cover) to oversee a selection of strategic products, define value propositions, and shape go-to-market approaches across global markets. You’ll collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to turn innovative solutions into compelling market propositions that drive adoption and growth.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in product marketing or related roles, excellent communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Relevant experience (typically more than 6 years) in Product Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Strategy, or Strategic Marketing roles.
• Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present complex content in a simple way to achieve goals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple products, regions and teams.
• Autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, and influence beyond assigned products.
• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset; aviation industry knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product marketing strategy for a selection of products within the Seamless Travel portfolio.
• Define and evolve value propositions, positioning, messaging, and use cases for each product.
• Translate complex product capabilities into simple customer benefits.
• Bring market insights into product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio decisions.
• Support customer discovery, product feedback, pilot definitions, and business cases with Product Management.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies, including billing models and business value articulation.
• Shape and support go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop customer-facing and sales-enablement materials and participate in customer presentations.
• Deliver product training and enablement to the commercial organization.
• Monitor adoption and feedback to refine the product marketing strategy.
