Syffer, a global consulting company, is seeking a Product Manager to shape strategy and roadmaps for SME products, analyzing impacts across customers and functions.

You will monitor KPIs, support dashboards, contribute to P&L monitoring, and collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives. A degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering with 1–3 years of experience is required; remote work is available and health insurance is provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define the team's strategy and roadmap, assessing impacts on customers and cross-functional areas.
• Define, monitor, and analyze business KPIs for SME products including churn and usage.
• Develop and analyze product performance dashboards to provide insights for Product Managers.
• Assist in budgets and monitor the business area's P&L to support targets.
• Ensure execution and monitoring of customer communication plans for managed products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product initiatives.
