Syffer seeks a Senior Data Product Owner to own the Marketing & Sales data product across the customer journey. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management to define and prioritize the roadmap and align data standards globally.

You will drive key metrics like CAC, lead conversion, and ROI, working with colleagues across Germany, Austria, and other client countries. Strong SQL, data modeling, and governance skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in CS, business informatics, math, data science, or related field.
• Several years of experience as Product Owner, BA, or similar.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales, or CRM processes.
• Experience with data products, analytics, or BI.
• Knowledge of data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation with stakeholders.
• Structured, independent, and strategic working style.
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban.
• Very good English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journey.
• Define, develop, and prioritize the business roadmap with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management.
• Develop and harmonize metrics such as lead conversion, CAC, and KPI.
• Work with Germany, Austria, and other countries to standardize data.
• Define data standards and governance within the data mesh approach.
• Support business departments to use the data product for data-driven decisions.
