Hyphen is looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work on a growing digital platform. This role suits a data-driven, proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of product and technology and can navigate a wide range of challenges from conversion and UX optimization to operational processes.

You will own end-to-end product initiatives, define and prioritize the backlog, analyze data to validate hypotheses, and collaborate with development, design, marketing, and operations

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management with a technology component.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making to support product improvements.
• Experience defining requirements, user stories, and epics, and prioritizing backlogs based on impact and feasibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives from ideation to results measurement.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog (requirements, user stories, epics) based on impact, effort, and feasibility.
• Analyze data to validate hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, operations, and offer teams to align on goals.
• Drive initiatives across conversion, UX optimization, operational processes, and collections.
• Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders at different levels.
• Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
