Noesis in Lisbon is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product vision and roadmap across our e-commerce initiatives. You will collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and technology to deliver valuable outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in product management, strong business analysis, and an English proficiency essential for cross-functional and international communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably managing e-commerce products within Technology, Financial Services, or Payments.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap definition, requirements management, and KPI tracking.
• Solid business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and market needs.
• Manage and align internal and external stakeholders, including customers, commercial teams, and technology teams.
• Identify market, customer, regulatory, and industry trends to drive product improvements and new opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, business cases, requirements, and communication plans, ensuring successful product delivery and business outcomes.
