Job summary

Noesis in Lisbon is seeking a Product Manager to drive the product vision and roadmap across our e-commerce initiatives. You will collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and technology to deliver valuable outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in product management, strong business analysis, and an English proficiency essential for cross-functional and international communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably managing e-commerce products within Technology, Financial Services, or Payments.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap definition, requirements management, and KPI tracking.
• Solid business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, technology, and external teams;
• Good understanding of financial services, payments, technology trends, and/or regulatory environments will be highly valued;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders;
• Proactivity, autonomy, and strong results-oriented mindset;
• Advanced level of English.
