Job summary

Stratio Automotive is seeking a Product Manager (f/m/d) to own a new hardware-software product from definition to its first customers.

You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap, translate problems into actionable requirements, and collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to bring the product to market.

Remote, hybrid or onsite options in Coimbra, Portugal are available, with attendance at in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in mid or senior product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience across the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and impact analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development and Agile teams.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and define KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to customers and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and defend prioritisation decisions.
• Autonomy and comfort with ambiguity.
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from discovery to its first customers.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap with Head of Product Management.
• Translate problems into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams on scope and trade-offs.
• Define success metrics and track them from first release.
• Coordinate go-to-market with sales, marketing and customer success.
