Job summary

Stratio is seeking a Product Manager to own a new product that combines hardware and software, guiding it from early definition to first customers. You will work with engineering to shape the solution and with commercial teams to bring it to market.

You will engage with customers and internal teams to understand problems, define requirements, and set success metrics for the initial release. The role offers flexible work arrangements and real ownership of the product’s direction.

Qualifications

• Must have product management experience at Mid or Senior level (minimum 2+ years), ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience across the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and launch.
• Solid understanding of the software development process and Agile methodologies.
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions, such as analysing usage data and KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing specs and presenting to customers and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to defend prioritisation decisions.
• Autonomy and ownership with comfortable ambiguity.
• Fluency in English, with a BSc or MSc in Engineering/CS.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with the Head of Product Management.
• Engage with customers and teams to validate problems and needs.
• Turn problems into clear requirements for engineering teams and prioritise by value and effort.
• Define success metrics and track them from the first release.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to bring the product to market.
• Work with hardware and software teams on scope, trade-offs and integration.
