Responsabilidades

• Приоритезировать внешние инструменты и определить, как Nova будет использоваться во внешних средах.
• Определить лучший UX в партнёрских инструментах и сотрудничать с дизайнерами.
• Сотрудничать с инженерами и агентной платформой для архитектуры поверхностей Nova.

Iterable is an AI customer engagement platform that enables organizations to activate customer data, design cross-channel experiences, and optimize engagement with its AI layer, Nova. Nearly 1,200 brands across more than 50 countries use the platform to drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and deliver customer experiences.

Задачи:

• Prioritize external tools and surfaces for development, and define how Nova’s capabilities are exposed to and consumed by external AI Build MCP Apps, connectors, protocols, and packaging that make Nova usable in external environments
• Decide how to deliver the best experience in each third-party tool and partner with design on UX
• Partner with the engineering team to launch projects and with the Agent Platform team on the architecture supporting these surfaces
• Research trends across the agentic ecosystem to identify new surfaces and opportunities
• Engage with customers through user testing, discovery, research, and roadmap sharing to understand how they work with their AI tools
• Create adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with shipped surfaces

Требования:

• Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B or B2B2C)
• Deep customer empathy
• Hands-on experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
• Technical understanding of agent architectures, APIs, and protocols such as MCP, and ability to partner with engineering on connectors, authentication, and integrations
• Sound product judgment on when to standardize or diverge across surfaces and personas
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and work cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and strategy
• Experience working with agile engineering teams and tools such as Jira
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working with a distributed team across time zones
