Fundraise Up is hiring a Product Manager to own Events & Commerce within the In-Person Giving product line. This is a hands-on software product role covering discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration, turning a large category into a focused product direction grounded in customer workflows, live usage, and commercial evidence.

You will work closely with the PM responsible for the broader In-Person Giving area so that event commerce builds on the same foundations as Tap to Donate and

Qualificações

• Own the Events & Commerce product in In-Person Giving.
• Lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with nonprofit fundraising teams and GTM partners.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product direction with a sequenced roadmap.
• Map complete workflow before, during, and after an event.
• Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observation, prototypes, and live product usage.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions.
