Siena is seeking a Product Manager to own the core of our agent platform, set the roadmap for expanding capabilities, and build the measurement and testing systems that make performance visible to customers. You’ll drive onboarding, launches, and customer enablement with a data-driven, experimental approach.

You have 3+ years as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation, and you thrive in a customer-facing, AI-native environment that values fast iteration and clear

Qualificações

• 3+ years working as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation.
• Experience building and shipping AI-enabled features for customer journeys.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the core agent platform end to end, defining capabilities today and future expansions.
• Build and ship evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems to improve agent performance.
• Provide customers real-time visibility into platform activity and outcomes.
• Design and run journey-level A/B tests to guide releases.
• Own onboarding and accelerate customer value realization.
• Lead full launch cycles for platform features with testing, GA, and customer enablement.
• Demo platform wins to customers and co-sell with sales.
• Work with customers on live scopes and ship improvements.
