Deco Proteste is seeking an AI Experience Product Manager to own the AI and agent experience across our digital ecosystem, from conversational journeys to smart document experiences. You will define when the agent should engage, escalate or stay silent, and design journeys with UX/UI and tech teams.

This product-focused role emphasizes shaping the experience over building models, ensuring AI adds value while staying transparent with our members.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in digital product management taking journeys from problem to delivery.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences and journeys.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, business rules and edge cases.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI and chatbots is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define when the agent should engage, clarify, escalate or stay silent.
• Design conversational journeys and fallback paths.
• Own the end-to-end AI customer experience with UX/UI collaboration.
• Identify where AI adds value across products and services.
• Set trust signals and communicate AI uncertainty clearly.
