Job summary

Qualifications
- Practical bookkeeping and finance process knowledge (expense coding, reconciliation, month-end close).
- Strong understanding of how accountants and finance leads work day to day.
- Track record of working with product teams from requirements to delivery.
- Experience managing external partners or senior stakeholders and delivering through influence.
- Hands-on exposure to technology in a finance context (ERP tools, integrations, data imports).
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounting integrations and partner relationships.
- Translate export, reconciliation and month-end close workflows into clear product requirements.
- Partner with engineers to define data mapping across multiple accounting systems and APIs.
- Improve integration setup and configuration to ease customer onboarding.
- Act as an accounting domain expert to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
- Support external partners and ERP vendors building on Pleo’s APIs.
- Track export success rate and integration-related support volume.
