Noesis Portugal is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will align stakeholders across customers, commercial, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong business analysis, market insight, and the ability to translate needs into clear product requirements. Excellent communication and autonomy are essential for success in this position.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Technology, Financial Services, or Payments.
• Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap definition, requirements management, and KPI tracking.
• Solid business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, technology, and external teams.

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and market needs;
• Manage and align internal and external stakeholders, including customers, commercial teams, and technology teams;
• Identify market, customer, regulatory, and industry trends to drive product improvements and new opportunities;
• Define and monitor product KPIs, business cases, requirements, and communication plans, ensuring successful product delivery and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within Technology, Financial Services, or Payments;
• Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap definition, requirements management, and KPI tracking;
• Solid business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements;
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, technology, and external teams;
• Good understanding of financial services, payments, technology trends, and/or regulatory environments will be highly valued;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders;
• Proactivity, autonomy, and strong results-oriented mindset;
• Advanced level of English.
