Noesis Portugal is seeking a Product Designer to join the Porto team. You will design intuitive SaaS interfaces, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ship polished experiences in a hybrid work environment.

• Proficient in Figma (components, Auto Layout, prototyping, libraries).
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail; ensure design aligns with implemented product.
• User-focused with experience or interest in user research and interviews.
• Ability to communicate design decisions with Product Managers and Developers.
• Interest in using AI (Claude) in design, research and documentation workflows.

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• * Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Design or other design certificate or training;
• * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in complex SaaS products;
• * Proficiency in Figma (components, Auto Layout, prototyping, libraries);
• * Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces;
• * Strong critical thinking and attention to consistency and detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies between designs and the implemented product;
• * User-focused mindset, with experience or interest in user research, interviews, and direct user feedback;
• * Ability to advocate for pragmatic, user-centered solutions while considering business needs, feasibility, effort, and priorities, and to clearly communicate design decisions with Product Managers and Developers;
• * Interest and experience in using AI, including Claude, in design, research, and documentation workflows;
