Richemont Iberia SL in Lisboa is seeking a Product Analyst for the Client & Market team to support development and optimization of digital solutions for Richemont’s luxury Maisons. You will gather business needs, translate into functional specs, and ensure alignment between business and technical delivery across countries and time zones.

Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, you will work with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA Engineers and Developers to deliver initiatives.

Qualificações

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.

Responsabilidades

Gather business requirements and assess them in terms of business value and ROI.
Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.
Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Write and update functional specifications (FUS), wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.
Support the QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
Review functional implications of technical decisions.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.
Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.
Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives).
